New Members

What to Expect

Upon becoming a member at Train Fitness everybody is required to complete their “prerequisites”. This is a set of 4 sessions with our trainer. On the first session the member will sit down and talk with our trainer to go over health history, goals, etc and then be taken through the Functional Movement Assessment. Over the next 3 classes our trainer will work with the member on helping to correct movement inefficiencies and determine appropriate exercise modifications based on the members ability.

Once these prerequisites are completed the new member will be better prepared to participate in our small and large group classes.

Founding Member Discount

Based on anticipated arrival for our equipment and flooring we are projecting a soft opening in June and will schedule a Grand Opening Event towards the end of summer. The first 50 members who sign up prior to our grand opening will be considered “Founding Members” and will receive a special Founding Member package that includes special gifts and discounted membership rates.
